BRAINWAVE supports agency change with live communication

Digital transformation has now also arrived in the agency world. In times of change in advertising and marketing, business as usual is no longer a recipe for success. The Frankfurt advertising agency WEFRA has initiated a new phase with its kick-off in Berlin.

Location: Fabrik 23 in Berlin – the perfect ambience to recharge your batteries with the spirit of the scene and start-ups, develop a new mindset and get inspiration for implementation. This was made possible by the BRAINWAVE team from Stuttgart, which effectively supported the transformation process using live communication. Choice of location, event dramaturgy and the three-part program – consisting of an innovation tour into the Berlin art scene, encounters with local start-ups and workshops on the active design of a new “WEFRA manifesto” with numerous ideas for implementing the guidelines through WEFRA teams themselves – allowed the participants to experience the potential of the realignment live. A highly motivating experience for WEFRA that whets the appetite for the change processes and will now provide a breath of fresh air at the individual agency locations.
